03-16-2020 - Elite Sanitation and Waste LLC – Statement on coronavirus (COVID-19)

Everyone at Elite Sanitation and Waste LLC, like so many in our community, is concerned with the unprecedented global challenges that we are facing due to coronavirus (COVID-19).  Please be assured that during this time of uncertainty, the health and safety of our Drivers and Customers are our highest priorities. In addition to monitoring guidance from local, national and global health organizations, we are taking precautionary measures to ensure that our drivers minimize risks.

Effective Immediately: 

  • ALL garbage must be bagged.  Please bag all garbage so that our drivers can be as “touch free” as possible. Unbagged garbage must be removed from your bin by hand, and therefore will remain unserviced. This does not include cardboard boxes or items too large to fit in the can.

 

  • For the foreseeable future, we will be unable to accept payments that are attached to the garbage bins or payments made by cash.  Please DO NOT mail cash!  The drivers will not be accepting any payments.

 

  • We accept checks and money orders via mail to the Post Office Box.  We also accept credit or debit card, bank draft, or Apple Pay via online emailed invoicing.  If you would like to sign up for email invoicing, then please call or email us.

 

  • ALL drivers will utilize protective measures, including but not limited to wearing gloves when servicing cans, utilizing hand sanitation measures, and wearing protective clothing.

 

  • We encourage ALL customers to wash their hands using soap and warm water per CDC guidelines after touching their garbage bin.

03-01-2020 - Any account that is interrupted for nonpayment will lose all discounts and be subject to full current pricing moving forward.

 

02-21-2020 - Due to the forecast of frozen precipitation and black ice on the roadways on the morning of Friday, February 21, 2020, all Friday routes will begin at 11:00 AM.

 

02-20-2020 - Thursday, February 20, 2020, routes were run as usual.  No weather related delays were reported for Thursday's route.

 

02-15-2020 - All new valet accounts will be charged a "Valet Surcharge."

 

01-01-2020 - Any account remaining unpaid 7 days past the due date will incur a $5.00 late fee.

 

09-15-2019 - Announcement!  Any account remaining unpaid 14 days past the invoice due date will be subject to interruption of service without further notice. Any account who's service is interrupted due to nonpayment must bring the account current before any further service will be provided.
